Maternity Coalition's "Every Woman, Every Choice" National Day of Action |
|
Maternity Coalition’s vision is for all Australian women to choose who, where and how they birth. We are about increasing women’s choices so they can make informed decisions about the type of care that is right for them and their family. We are facing the prospect of having homebirth with a midwife, an evidence-based model of care, being removed. You are an important part of the solution.
The time for action is NOW. It is up to every single one of us to make a difference. Here is what YOU can do:
****Come to one of MC’s National Day of Action events! It will be a celebration of the gains we’ve won but also a chance to send a loud message about how much we want Every Woman to have Every Choice. **** Saturday, July 4th10 a.m. Kurrawa ParkBroadbeach, Gold Coast Meet near the playground just north of the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. There is parking in the Oasis Shopping Centre (free for the first 3hrs). Bring a plate of morning tea. If you have any inspirational images or anything that celebrates your positive experience that you'd like to share, bring it along!Contacts Janice :
