Free Antenatal Information Series is Back for 2017

We are thrilled to announce that our popular antenatal information series is back for 2017. 

These free information evenings provide advice from expert speakers on topics not covered by hospital antenatal classes. You don't have to be a Birth Centre mum to attend as we want to support as many women and their families as possible during this special time in their lives.

Monday 6 March - 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Healing Mum, Growing Baby:

• ​What to expect from your body after pregnancy and how to help it heal so you can get back to feeling like you again
• How to introduce solids including the Baby Led Weaning approach and how solids may impact breastfeeding
• Sleep - What's normal, what's not and how to know when to get help

Preparing for Birth:

• Preparing mentally, building your support network, and what to expect at hospital
• Hypnobirthing
• Exercise in pregnancy
