Join the FBC as they host the screening of this award winning documentary. Birth Story tells the story of counterculture heroine Ina May Gaskin and her spirited friends, who began delivering each others babies in 1970, on a caravan of hippie school buses, headed to a patch of rural Tennessee land. Ina’s journey stands in start contrast to the medicalisation of birth in contemporary society and this rollicking film brings the joy and inspiration.
